We take great care to ensure all our goods are in excellent condition before being mailed out. If an item is faulty we will be happy to refund the return postage, however we are unable to take responsibility for any items lost in the mail. Postage is calculated by the size and weight of the combined order, as well as tracking costs for larger orders. Orders that can be mailed by envelope will not receive tracking in order to keep the price down.
All our items are posted with Tracking Numbers unless the displayed postage is less than $7.40. In this case Tracking is not available. If you would like an item sent with tracking, please contact us before payment so we can arange for the tracking charge of $3.50 to be applied.
We aim to post all orders within one business day of purchase. Our items are sent with Australia Post.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
